# Circular Route

Circular Route is an operator-led company. We built and ran circular economy businesses
ourselves, including a recycling platform used by businesses in 150 countries, an
award-winning reuse and resale platform that won two U.S. Department of Energy prizes,
and a nationwide circular logistics platform backed by a global venture capital firm.
We now build the agentic AI systems that fix the two problems that kill circular
businesses: the unit economics do not work, and they never reach scale.

## Compliance and reporting
Circular economy regulation is accelerating. The EU now bans destroying unsold clothing
and footwear, California requires recycled content in plastic bottles, and producer
responsibility schemes are spreading across packaging, electronics and textiles. Every
new rule arrives with a reporting obligation. Our AI treats compliance as an output of
the operation: volumes and materials handled, dispositions of goods, recycled content,
chain of custody and program outcomes are monitored as the work happens, and regulator
submissions, producer responsibility reports and the audit trail behind every number are
